Build up your mental toolbox with these fun and useful everyday math skills. Increase your comfort with calculating in both metric and imperial measurement systems. We’ll work with angles too. The problems that we learn how to solve are some common practical ones that often come up in home carpentry.

You will need: blank paper, a pencil, a compass (the math tool kind), a ruler or straight edge, and a measuring tape.
