On July 26, come celebrate another successful year of the VTL and our 15th anniversary!
WHAT: VTL summer party. It’s part barbecue, part community get-together, part anniversary celebration!
WHEN: Noon to 4:00pm on Sunday, July 26, 2026
WHERE: Trout Lake. We’ll meet at the VTL at noon, and then walk in community over to Trout Lake. Will it be a parade like way back in 2011? We hope so!
Our bbq location at Trout Lake will be at the south end of the park, between the swimming area and 19th Avenue.
WHO: Everyone! Members, old and new! Friends and family! Adults and kids! Anyone who cares about the VTL and its mission!
WHY: To celebrate together the awesome things this community is doing, and to offer a big “Heck, yeah!” that we’re celebrating our 15th anniversary this year!
HOW: Send us an RSVP via the link below so we know how much food to have, including dietary restrictions, and then show up! Party hats optional.
We’ll provide food, drinks, and games for all ages. We’ll recognize the projects of our spring community grant recipients. And we’ll raise a glass (or veggie dog or potato chip – the choice is yours) to this magnificent community that the VTL has created over the past 15 years.
It’s not every day a co-operative lending library reaches such a milestone, and we want to celebrate with YOU!
